Dr. Indrajit Bhattacharya has been formerly the Director at Centre for Digital Economy Policy Research (C- DEP) besides National Accreditation Board for Education and Training (NABET), Quality Council of India(QCI), Ministry of Commerce & Industry #MoC&I. He has over 3 decades of experience across Industry, Govt and Academia. He has contributed in Healthcare- IT , Education & Skill Training besides Industry competitiveness sector. He has served SIEMENS and GE in Medical Engineering sector . Skill Development courses planning at Ministry of Electronics & IT #MEITY (CEDTI /DOEACC now NIELIT (National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology ), Ministry of Health #MoHFW (National Health Portal at NIHFW) besides being a Professor at International Institute of Health Management Research (IIHMR), New Delhi. Prior to QCI , he was serving at Min. of Skill Development and Entreprenuership #MSDE [Telecom Sector Skill Council (TSSC)]. He was handling Lean Manufacturing Competitive Scheme (LMCS) of Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MoMSME) for driving Quality in the MSME sector .Led initiatives to drive Industry 4.0 in MSMEs . He was also a Principal Counsultant in NEGD for Global Partnership for AI (GPAI) under MEITY, briefly. He is an Electronics & Communications Engineer , MBA and a PhD from Birla Institute of Technology, Ranchi. Besides a Fellow at Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE). He has several publications in national and International journals to his credit.
