Please read these terms carefully before enrolling in our programs. By accessing NIRA, you agree to be bound by these bylaws.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website http://nira.ac.in and your enrollment in any courses offered by the National Institute of Robotics & Artificial Intelligence (NIRA). By accessing our website or enrolling in a course, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Indian laws.
2. Eligibility
By using this website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and competent to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18, you must access the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Admission and Enrollment
- Accuracy: You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during the admission process. NIRA reserves the right to cancel admission without refund if any information is found to be forged or false.
- Acceptance: Admission is subject to seat availability and fulfillment of eligibility criteria (e.g., academic background in Science/Maths for specific AI courses).
4. Fee Payment and Taxes
- All course fees must be paid in INR (Indian Rupees).
- Fees are subject to applicable taxes (GST) as per Government of India regulations.
- NIRA reserves the right to modify fee structures for new batches. Once enrolled, the fee for your cohort will remain unchanged.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Registration Fee: The initial registration fee (if applicable) is strictly non-refundable.
Course Fee Refund:
- If a cancellation request is received 7 days before the batch start date: 100% of the tuition fee (minus processing charges) will be refunded.
- If a request is received after the batch start date: No refund will be entertained under any circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
All course materials, video lectures, coding assignments, text, logos, and graphics provided by NIRA are the intellectual property of NIRA and protected under the Copyright Act, 1957.
7. Student Code of Conduct
- Students must maintain decorum during live online classes.
- Abusive language, harassment of instructors or peers, and spamming will result in immediate suspension.
- Sharing of LMS login credentials with others is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability & Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NIRA shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising out of technical failures or website unavailability.
Job Guarantee Disclaimer: While NIRA provides placement assistance, we do not guarantee employment or a specific salary package. Placements depend on market conditions and student performance.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh.
